Step 1 – How much can I borrow?

Before you decide on the house you want to buy… let us work out your affordability so you know what purchase price you can aim for. We will ask for some documents to ensure that the figures are as accurate as can be, to give you the confidence to take the next step.

Step 2 – Home Loan Pre-Approval

Let us do the paperwork and take away the stress of the loan application process. Once you have the thumbs up from the Bank, it’s time to start scrolling through the property pages.

Step 3 – Hunting for your First Home

It’s time to find your dream home. We will guide you along the way and let you know what is required to make an offer or put in a bid at auction and navigate the negotiations. Once you have signed on the dotted line, it’s time to get your formal approval.

Step 4 – You've found your first home - Formal Approval

Getting your formal approval is the most exciting part of your journey. From the uncertainty at the start to now, you’ve nailed it! Once you loan is approved, you are ready to start furniture shopping.

Step 5 – Settlement and Beyond

We will guide you through the loan offer documents and the signing process and what you need to know for settlement and preparing for the big moving day. Our job is not done when you have settled your home loan, we will do regular check ins and annual reviews to ensure you are getting the best deal with your current lender.

Can you help First Home Buyers?

We love helping First Home Buyers! We're experts at the entire process and can help you get the right Home Loan. We're also across the various schemes to help First Home Buyers such as the First Home Owners Grant and the various stamp duty exemptions available.

Can you help with refinancing an existing Mortgage?

Of course! We believe that we can find the best interest rate for you to refinance to, whether it's a Home Loan or Investment Loan.

Are your mortgage brokers licensed and accredited?

All of our Mortgage Brokers are accredited and members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia. They are extremely professional and provide exceptional service across a range of lending options.

How do I get paid?

I receive a commission from the Bank or Lender for selling their products, so you don’t pay anything up front or at settlement of the loan. Sometimes, I may charge you a fee directly, instead of, or as well as, the lender’s commission.

This will depend on the complexity of your situation and how long it takes to obtain your home loan. I will let you know up front if a fee is payable or not.

If you don’t know much about home loans, I will explain the options, feature, benefits and the costs to give you peace of mind. I deal with all the paperwork and take away the hassle so you can get on with your day, knowing that I have everything under control.
